We are looking for a part time/casual Service Delivery Coordinator (SAP, Atlassian, Microsoft)
Location: Sydney or Melbourne, NSW
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee the delivery of services to our clients, ensuring high-
quality standards.

Manage and optimize service delivery processes using SAP, JIRA, Confluence,
and Microsoft.

Act as the primary point of contact for all Hicron-related queries and issues.
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams onshore in Australia, Poland, Spain, and
other regions to resolve tickets in a timely manner.
-
Monitor service delivery metrics and KPIs and prepare reports for management
review.

Facilitate training activities for the Hicron consulting team.

We are looking for a ABAP Developer
Location: Sydney / Melbourne

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with functional teams to understand business requirements and
translate them into technical specifications.

Develop and maintain SAP ABAP programs and functions.
-
Perform complex ABAP programming, testing, and debugging functions
related to the implementation of SAP modules.

Create and maintain documentation for ABAP programs and technical
specifications.
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Australia as well as Poland and
Spain to ensure seamless integration of ABAP applications with other
systems.

Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and enhancements to bring
continuous improvement to the existing systems.
Requirements:

Proven experience in ABAP development, including reports, interfaces, data conversions,
enhancements, and forms,

Experience with SAP Fiori and UI5 applications.

Understanding of integration points with other SAP modules and third-party tools
-
Familiarity with performance tuning and code optimization techniques.

Knowledge of SAP modules and the ability to work with functional teams to understand
business processes.

Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA migration and the readiness check process.
-
Experience with version control tools and Agile development methodologies.
-
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

SAP Certified Associate – Back-End Developer -ABAP Cloud certificate is desirable.

Tasks & responsibilities
As a Trainee Accountant at our firm you will be exposed to daily operations of a Tax Agent practice and you will gain hands-on experience with the services we provide. Your responsibilities will include:

Getting familiar with accounting procedures and systems

Bookkeeping, data entry and general administration support to the team

Ongoing Xero and other accounting systmens training
-
Liaising with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) and other regulatory bodies when required
-
Liasing with clients/businesses, assisting with their queries
-
This is an entry level position so experience in Accounting Industry is not required

Part Time Position - approx. 15 hrs per week to suit your Uni schedule
