We are looking for a part time Contracts/Project Administrator, preferably in Melbourne Area.


Qualifications & experience

  • Strong Organizational and Administrational Skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.

  • Problem solving and can do attitude

  • Interest in IT/SAP products will be a bonus

  • At least Diploma qualifications in relation to Business/Administration Mgt

  • Student visa holders welcome!

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Managing Paperwork associated with Contracts. Programs, projects and services provided.

  • Responding to enquiries and resolving problems concerning contracts

  • Preparing and reviewing submissions and reports concerning organization’s activities

  • Working directly with Key Account manager, Solution Architects and other stakeholders to ensure that goals are met

Qualifications & experience

  • Very good knowledge and at least 3 years of the experience in supporting or implementation of SAP in any of the following areas:

- Logistics (MM/SD/WM modules

- Finance (FI/CO modules

- Technology (ABAP/FIORI/PI)

  • Very good communication skills both in oral and writing

  • Proven ability to work with different stakeholders and convert business requirements into solution design and business or technical specifications

  • Ability to provide root-cause problem analysis

  • SAP Service Support (L2/L3)

  • Incident handling and realisation of Change Requests

  • Direct communication with the Customers

  • Active participation in creation of business and technical specifications

  • Cooperation with very experienced European off-shore team

  • Taking over the full ownership for the tasks assigned for realisation
